At this time, in order to maintain the highest quality of care and provide individualized services that best meet the needs of the child and family, our speech-language practice does not accept insurance . We are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit for reimbursement through your insurance provider. We are able to accept FSA and HSA debit cards.
Referrals
Our speech therapy practice is dedicated to making support accessible to families without the need for referrals, allowing parents to start services directly and ensure timely, personalized care for their children’s communication development.

A neurodiverse affirming practice is a practice where we celebrate and support the unique ways each child learns, communicates, and experiences the world. Instead of trying to make the child fit into a "typical" mold, we focus on understanding and embracing their individual strengths. This means all play is okay and any special interest is embraced. We aim to help your child grow, connect and communicate in ways that feel natural and comfortable to them.

DIR/Floortime is a model that is a developmental approach used primarily in working with children with autism and other developmental challenges. DIR stands for Developmental, Individual-differences, Relationship based and Floortime refers to a key component of the model where the therapist, parent, or caregiver engages with the child at their level through play.

Absolutely! Many families find a benefit to having support and parent training that may not be provided by the school. Services are not limited to curriculum support and we are able to focus on communication in the home. We can communicate with your school speech language pathologist to coordinate.

Yes! We see the most progress towards therapy goals when everyone is on the same page. Educating members of your child’s family and care giving team is an important piece of the puzzle.
